We love the uniqueness of our wines as much as we love to support our employees in discovering and developing their special talents. Due to the large variety of fields of activity (e.g. vineyard , wine cellar, customer service) we are able to employ applicants in accordance with her/his special abilities.
Furthermore, a major concern for us is the support of individuals who might not have easy access to the labour market. The training of young employees has also a special significance for us. We are convinced that our employees are our most important asset. Only with a motivated , skilled and enthusiastic staff can we ensure our success in the future.
